ADOPTING THE FY2007 CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL ACTION PLAN
WHICH INCLUDES THE CDBG, ESG, AND HOME PROGRAMS;
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO SUBMIT THE
FY2007 CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL ACTION PLAN TO THE U.S.
DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO MAKE
CHANGES IN THE FY2007 CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL ACTION PLAN
IF REQUIRED BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN
DEVELOPMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS. THAT:
SECTION 1. The FY2007 City of Corpus Christi Consolidated Annual Action Plan
("CAAP") which includes the Community Development Block Grant, Emergency Shelter
Grant, and the HOME programs. is hereby adopted.
SECTION 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to submit the CAAP to the
U S Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD").
SECTION 3. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to make changes to the
CAAP if required by HUD.

portion related to The Ark Assessment Center and the Emergency Shelter for

the portion related to the Glen Oaks Apartments and Del Mar College projects.
