AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO
EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO ACCEPT THE $7,000
GRANT FROM THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF FAMILY AND
PROTECTIVE SERVICES FOR A COMMUNITY YOUTH
DEVELOPMENT GRAFFITI CLEAN UP PROGRAM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute all
documents necessary to accept a $7,000 grant from the Texas Department of
Family and Protective Services for a Community Youth Development Graffiti
Clean up program
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately after its
adoption by the City Council.
