AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE A GIFT AGREEMENT WITH THE FRIENDS OF CORPUS
CHRISTI PUBLIC LIBRARIES IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$10,500.00, FOR COMPUTER AND RELATED EQUIPMENT AND
SOFTWARE FOR THE NORTHWEST BRANCH LIBRARY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute a Gift
Agreement with the Friends of Corpus Christi Public Libraries in an amount not to
exceed $10,500.00 for computers and related equipment and software for the
Northwest Branch Library.
