AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO
EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO ACCEPT THE $10,000
GRANT FROM THE TEXAS FOREST SERVICE FOR THE URBAN
FORESTER PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECi4ON 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute all
documents necessary to accept a $10,000 grant from the Texas Forest Service
for the Urban Forester Partnership Program.
SECON 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately after its
adopon by the City Council.
