AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE ALL
DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO ACCEPT THE $200,000 GRANT FROM THE U.S.
DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, OFFICE OF JUSTICE PROGRAMS, FOR CONTINUED
SUPPORT T F THE WEED AND SEED PROGRAM, SITE 11 WEST, FOR FY
2007-2008.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute all documents
necessary to accept a $200,000 grant from the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of
Justice Programs, for continued support of the Weed and Seed Program, Site 11 West,
for FY 2007-2008.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately after its
adoption by the City Council.
