Chapter 14 "Development Services," Article XIII "Development Services Fees," Division 4 "Platting Ordinance Fees," Section 14-1341 "Platting ordinance fees" of the Code of Ordinances is amended to read as follows: Sec. 14-1341. Platting ordinance fees. This division sets the amounts of the fees required by the platting ordinance. Chapter 17 "Finance and Taxation," Article 1 "In General" of the Code of Ordinances is amended by adding a new section to be numbered Section 17-20 and entitled "Lease agreement fees," which shall read as follows: Sec. 17-20. Upon _request of any person to rent or lease real property from tla__,n2y recessed through the Development Services Department� i.e. within an easement o_ ht -of -way, such person shall pav to the a lea s agreement application fee in the amount of $600.00. SECTION 3. Chapter 49 "Streets and Sidewalks," Article 1 "In General," Division 1 `{Generally," Section 14-12 "Petition to council to establish or close streets, etc.," of the Code of Ordinances is amended to read as follows: Sec. 49-12. Petition to council to establish or close streets, etc. (b) Each request shall be accompanied by the payment of a nonrefundable application fee in the amount of five hundred thirty dollars ($500700530.00) to cover the expense of administrative processing and a fee of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) to cover all notification and legal publication costs incurred by the city. The seventy-five dollars ($75.O0) fee will be refunded if the processing of the applicant's request does not reach the notification and publication stage and the city does not incur such expenses. SECTION 4. Chapter 49 "Streets and Sidewalks," Article 1 "In General," Division 1 "Generally," Section 14-13 "Request for closing or abandonment of easement," of the Code of Ordinances is amended to read as follows: Sec. 49-13. Request for closing or abandonment of easement. (b) Upon filing of such request, as provided in this section, an application fee shall be made with the city engineer of the sum of five hundred thirty dollars ($5420530.00) to cover the expense of processing the request. SECTION 5. Chapter 49 "Streets and Sidewalks," Article 1 "In General," Division 2 "Temporary Closure of Streets," Section 14-16 "Issuance of permits; classification of events," of the Code of Ordinances is amended to read as follows: Sec. 49-16. For neighborhood events at which no admission is charged and no items are sold and which require the closure of residential neighborhood streets for Tess than twelve (12 continuous hours, permits may be granted by thcity manager or his designated representative. Notice of the granting of such permits shall be provided the city council. A permit application fee of fo-Fty one hundred ten dollars ($44-00110.00) is required for such events. * * * SECTION 6. If for any reason any section, paragraph, subdivision, clause, phrase, word or provision of this ordinance shall be held invalid or unconstitutional by final judgment of a court of competent petent jurisdiction, it shall not affect any other section, paragraph, subdivision, clause, phrase, word or provision of this ordinance, for it is the definite intent of this City Council that every section, paragraph, subdivision, clause, phrase, word or provision hereof be given full force and effect for its purpose.
