Chapter 53 "Traffic," Article V "Operation of Vehicles," Division 1 "Generally," Section 53-107 "Oversized vehicles" of the Code of Ordinances is amended to read as follows: Sec. 3-107. Oversized vehicles. No vehicle exceeding the legal maximum dimensions and/or load limits as specified in the Texas Motor Vehicle Law, including houses and other structures being moved under the provisions of section 2204 of the city building code, shall operate on any city street without first obtaining the required permit from the director of engineering services or his designated representative.
