AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
INCREASE THE ESCROW AMOUNT OF THE ADVANCED
FUNDING AGREEMENT WITH THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION (TXDOT) IN THE AMOUNT OF $158,590.93
FOR CHANGE ORDER NO. 21 TO ADJUST THE FINAL
QUANTITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF
BARRIER -FREE RAMPS AND SIDEWALKS AT SELECTED
STREET LOCATIONS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SIDEWALK
ACCESSIBILITY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT (WEBER,
ALAMEDA, SANTA FE).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to increase the
escrow amount of the Advanced Funding Agreement with the Texas Department
of Transportation (TXDOT) in the amount of $158,590.93 for Change Order No.
21 to adjust the final quantities associated with the construction of barrier -free
ramps and sidewalks at selected street locations associated with the Sidewalk
Accessibility Improvements Project. (Weber, Alameda, Santa Fe).
