AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH THE FLOUR
BLUFF INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT IN THE AMOUNT
OF $2,000 FOR EUDL GRANT ACTIVITIES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute an
interlocal agreement between the City of Corpus Christi and the Flour Bluff Independent
School District to establish terms for the use of $2,000 for Enforcing Underage Drinking
Laws grant activities.
