AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH TEXAS A&M
UNIVERSITY- CORPUS CHRISTI IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,000
FOR EUDL GRANT ACTIVITIES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute an
interlocal agreement between the City of Corpus Christi and Texas A&M University -
Corpus Christi to establish terms for the use of $5,000 for Enforcing Underage Drinking
Laws grant activities.
