AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNCIL
ON ALCOHOL AND DRUG ABUSE IN THE AMOUNT OF X9,256
FOR EUDL GRANT ACTIVITIES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute an
interlocal agreement between the City of Corpus Christi and the Council on Alcohol and
Drug Abuse to establish terms for the use of $9,256 for Enforcing Underage Drinking
Laws grant activities.
