AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH THE CORPUS
CHRISTI YOUTH ALCOHOL AWARENESS COALITION IN THE
AMOUNT OF X2,000 FOR EUDL GRANT ACTIVITIES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION . That the City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute an
interlocal agreement between the City of Corpus Christi and the Corpus Christi Youth
Alcohol Awareness Coalition to establish terms for the use of $2,000 for Enforcing
Underage Drinking Laws grant activities.
