AUTHORIZING ING THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO ACCEPT A
GRANT OF $96,685 FROM THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF STATE
HEALTH SERVICES TO PROVIDE TUBERCULOSIS PREVENTION
AND CONTROL SERVICES AND TO EXECUTE ALL RELATED
DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to accept a grant in the
amount of $96,680 from the Texas Department f State Health Services to provide
tuberculosis prevention and control services and to execute all related documents.
