AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO
EXECUTE A CONSULTING SERVICES CONTRACT WITH THE
CORPUS CHRISTI INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT IN THE
AMOUNT OF $78,500 FOR TWO OFFICERS TO PROVIDE DRUG
ABUSE AND GANG RESISTANCE INSTRUCTION TO 6TH
GRADE STUDENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute
consulting services contract with the Corpus Christi Independent School District in the
amount of $78,500 for two officers to provide drug abuse and gang resistance
Instruction to 6th grade students.
