BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY DF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION . That $9500 from the Attorney General- State of Texas in the No. 1061 Police Grant Fund for the Internet crimes against children task force program. SECTION 2 That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council Members, the City Council (1) finds and declares an emergency due to the need for immediate action for the efficient and effective administration of city affairs; and, (2) suspends that Charter rule which requires an ordinance to be considered and voted upon at two regular meetings, so that this ordinance is passed and takes effect as an emergency measure upon its first reading, this the 20th day of November, er, 2 o . Therefore, I we request that you suspend said Charter rule and finally pass this ordinance on the date of its introduction, or at the present meeting of the City Council.
