A RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR THE CITY
MANAGER'S DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE A STATE FUNDED
GRANT AGREEMENT WITH THE TEXAS COMMISSION ON
ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY IN THE AMOUNT OF $884,G00
FOR AIR QUALITY PLANNING ACTIVITIES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute and
take all further actions to accept a State Funded Grant Agreement with the Texas
Commission on Environmental Quality in the amount of $884,600 for air quality
planning activities in Nue es and San Patricio Counties for FY 2008/2009.
