A RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR THE CITY
MANAGER'S DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE AN INTERLOCAL
COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY-
KINGSVILLE IN THE AMOUNT OF $450,000 FOR AN AIR
QUALITY RESEARCH AND PLANNING PROGRAM, WHICH
INCLUDES AIR QUALITY MONITORING AND MODELING
PROJECTS, AND DEVELOPMENT OF AN EMISSIONS
INVENTORY FOR THE NUECES AND SAN PATRICIO
COUNTIES AREA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute an
Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with Texas A&M University -Kingsville in the
amount of $450,000 for an air quality research and planning program, which
includes air quality monitoring and modeling projects, and development of an
emissions inventory for the Nueces and San Patricio Counties area for FY
2008/2009.
