COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY-
CORPUS

POLLUTION PREVENTION TION PAI TNERSHIP AND
EDUCATIONAL OUTREACH PROGRAM, WHICH INCLUDES
SMALL BUSINESS ASSISTANCE AND PUBLIC EDUCATION
ON POLLUTION PREVENTION ENTION AND AIR QUALITY IN NUECES
AND SAN PATRICIO COUNTIES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute an
Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with Texas A&M University -Corpus Christi in
the amount of $345O0O for pollution prevention partnership and educational
outreach program, which includes small business assistance and public
education on pollution prevention and air quality in Nueces and San Patricia
Counties area for FY 2008/2009.
