APPROVING THE FY 2008 CAPITAL BUDGET AND CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT PLANNING GUIDE IN THE AMOUNT OF
$127,275,900.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the FY 2008 Capital Budget t and Capital Improvement
Planning Guide in the amount of $127,275,900 is hereby roved. A copy of
the FY 2008 Capital Budget is on file in the Office of the City Secretary.
