AUTHORIZING IZING THE CITY MANAGER R DESIGNEE TO ACCEPT A
GRANT FROM THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF STATE HEALTH
SERVICES IN THE AMOUNT T F $'106,537 TO PROVIDE FOR THE
ELIMINATION AND CONTROL OF TUBERCULOSIS AND TO
EXECUTE ALL RELATED DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION t The City lan r or his designee is authorized to accept a grant from the
Texas Department of State Health Services in the amount of $106,537 to provide for the
elimination and control of tuberculosis and to execute all related documents.
