AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE A GIFT AGREEMENT WITH THE FRIENDS OF
CORPUS CHRISTI PUBLIC LIBRARIES, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$42,000.00, FOR CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION F.
NEW BOOK -LIFT SHAFT,BOOK-LIFT, AND MACHINE ROOM
AT THE PARK ALE BRANCH LIBRARY.
BE IT RESOLVED Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or designee, is authorized to execute a Gift Agreement
with the Friends ofCorpus Christi Public Libraries in the amount of $42,000.00 for
construction and installation of a new book -lift shaft, book -left, and machine room at the
P rkdale Branch Library.
