AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO SUBMIT AN OUTDOOR
GRANT APPLICATION TO THE TEXAS PARKS AND WILDLIFE DEPARTMENT IN
THE AMOUNT OF $500,000 TO DEVELOP THE FIRST PHASE OF THE
CONSERVATION/INTERPRETIVE PARK ON OSO BAY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or designee, is authorized to submit an Outdoor Grant
application to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department in the amount of $500,000 to
develop the first phase of the Conservation/interpretive Park on Oso Bay.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately after its
adoption by the City Council.
