RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO
SUBMIT A GRANT APPLICATION TO THE TEXAS
COMMISSION ON THE ARTS FOR $10,000 GRANT TO
SUPPORT THE 2009 FESTIVAL OF THE ARTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to submit grant
application to the Texas Commission on the Arts for a $10,000 grant to support the
2009 Festival of the Arts.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately after its
adoption by the City Council.
