Corpus Christi, Texas
To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is to request the City of Corpus Christi please consider my special zoning request of R 1B/PUD-
2, a One Family dwelling district with a planned unit development overlay -2 for the property development
that I would like to build on Sandra Lane. Attached to this letter you will find a copy of my proposed site
plan that includes a 30' Right of Way dedication with a proposed landscape area on each side. My proposed
development includes a total of 18 units. I do realize that averages 9.5 dwelling units per acre but as my site
plan will show, I have a 34.1 foot common area in between the buildings and the required area for an
emergency vehicle should the need become necessary. I also propose a 6' wooded privacy fence all around
the property. My request is for a R-1.13/PUD-2 zoning, I do hope that the information provided shows my
willingness to move this project forward. I am asking for a 2 year period for this special zoning request so
that I may start construction. If you should have any questions, please feel free to give me a call. Thank you
for your consideration.

Felipe Cardenas
