AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
ACCEPT A GRANT FROM THE U.S. FISH AND WILDLIFE
SERVICE IN THE AMOUNT OF $500,000, FOR THE
PACKERY CHANNEL BOAT RAMP PARKING AND ACCESS
ROAD IMPROVEMENTS, IN THE NO. 3277 FUND PACKERY
CHANNEL CIP FUND.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to accept a
grant from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service in the amount of $500,000 for the
Packery Channel Boat Ramp Parking and Access Road Improvements, in the No.
3277 Packery Channel CIP Fund.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be effective immediately from and after
its passage.
