AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE AN
INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH NUECES COUNTY TO RECEIVE
SERVICES RELATED TO THE INSTALLATION AND PERMITTING OF
ON-SITE SEWAGE FACILITIES WITHIN THE CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute an interlocal
cooperation agreement with Nueces s County ("County"), pursuant to Chapter 791 of the
Texas Government Code and Chapter 121 of the Texas Health and Safety Code, in
order to receive services from the County related to the installation and permitting of on-
site sewage facilities located within the territorial limits of the City of Corpus Christi.
