AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO ACCEPT A
$270,943 GRANT AWARDED BY THE CORPORATION FOR
NATIONAL AND COMMUNITY SERVICE FOR THE SENIOR
COMPANION PROGRAM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to accept a $270,943 grant
awarded by the Corporation for National and Community Service for the Senior
Companion Program.
INTRODUC_ EJB] AND PASSED by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas,
on th ay of July, 2008.
