AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR DESIGNEE, TO ACCEPT A
GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $148,694 AND TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT AND ALL RELATED DOCUMENTS WITH THE TEXAS
STATE LIBRARY AND ARCHIVES COMMISSION TO CONTINUE
OPERATION OF THE INTERLIBRARY LOAN REFERRAL CENTER AT
THE CORPUS CHRISTI PUBLIC LIBRARY FOR STATE FISCAL YEAR
2008-2009.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or designee, is authorized to accept a grant in the
amount of $148,694 and to execute a contract and all related documents with the Texas
State Library and Archives Commission to continue operation of the Interlibrary Loan
Referral Center at the Corpus Christi Public Library for State Fiscal Year 2008-2009.
