AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE A
MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH NUECES COUNTY TO
DEVELOP AND PRESENT A PLAN FOR ADMINISTRATIVE CHANGES
WITHIN THE CITY -COUNTY HEALTH DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute a Memoran-
dum of Understanding with Nueces County to develop and present a plan for admini-
strative changes within the Corpus Christi-Nueces County Public Health District.
