AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE A USE AGREEMENT WITH AT&T TEXAS FOR USE OF
AT&T TEXAS' OFFICE FACILITY AS A SECONDARY EMERGENCY
OPERATIONS CENTER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute a use
agreement with AT&T Texas for use of AT&T Texas' office facility as a secondary
emergency operations center.
