"(b) House service line tap charge: "(2) House sewer connections to be constructed in easements applier Aar1, 986 -shall be charged at a rate of - - - - - - dollars ($768.00) eight hundred two dollars ($802.00), except as otherwise herein provided. "(3) House service connections to be constructed in streets 1, 1985 shall be charged at a rate of one thousand two hundred seventy two dollars ($1,272.00), except as otherwise herein provided. If for any reason any section, paragraph, subdivision, clause, phrase, word or provision of this ordinance shall be held invalid or unconstitutional by final judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction, it shall not affect any other section, paragraph, subdivision, clause, phrase, word or provision of this ordinance, for it is the definite intent of this City Council that every section, paragraph, subdivision, clause, phrase, word or provision hereof be given full force and effect for its purpose. SECTION 5. Publication shall be made in the official publication of the City of Corpus Christi as required by the City Charter of the City of Corpus Christi.
