RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE AN
INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH TULOSO-MIDWAY
INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT TO INSTALL AND SHARE FIBER
OPTIC CABLE FROM TULOSO ROAD AND LEOPARD STREET TO
7601 LEOPARD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute an Interlocal
Cooperation Agreement with Tuloso-Midway Independent School District to install and
share fiber optic cable on Leopard Street from Tuloso Road to 7601 Leopard Street.
The agreement has a one year term and renews for four successive one year terms. A
copy of the agreement is on file with the office of the City Secretary.
