AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO SUBMIT
A "HOME 2009" GRANT APPLICATION TO THE U.S. DEPARTMENT
OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF
$1,228,303 FOR CONTINUUM OF CARE HOMELESS ASSISTANCE
AND EXECUTE ALL RELATED DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to submit a "HOME 2009"
grant application to the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in the
amount of $1,228,303 for Continuum of Care homeless assistance funding and to
execute all related documents.
