AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE AN ADVANCE FUNDING AGREEMENT WITH THE
TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (TXDOT) IN THE
AMOUNT OF $1,683,570 FOR NORTH PORT AVENUE FROM IH
37 TO US 181 FOR CONSTRUCTION WORK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute an
Advance Funding Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation
(TXDOT) in the amount of $1,683,570 for the construction work for North Port
Avenue from IH 37 to US 181.
