AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE A
GIFT AGREEMENT WITH THE FRIENDS OF CORPUS CHRISTI
PUBLIC LIBRARIES, IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,000.00, FOR THE
PURCHASE OF TECHNOLOGY FOR DR. CLOTILDE P. GARCIA
PUBLIC LIBRARY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or designee, is authorized to execute a Gift Agreement
with the Friends of Corpus Christi Public Libraries, in the amount of $5,000.00 for the
purchase of technology for the Dr. Clotilde P. Garcia Public Library.
