RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH COASTAL BEND BAYS AND ESTUARIES
PROGRAM, TEXAS PARKS AND WILDLIFE DEPARTMENT, TEXAS
GENERAL LAND OFFICE, TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION, AND THE SALTWATER FISHERIES
ENHANCEMENT ASSOCIATION CONCERNING DEVELOPMENT OF
COORDINATED PLAN TO REMEDY THE BOAT RAMPS AND
PARKING LOT LOCATED NEAR THE JOHN F. KENNEDY CAUSEWAY
ON THE NORTH SIDE OF STATE HIGHWAY 358 ON PACKERY
CHANNEL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute an agreement with
Coastal Bend Bays and Estuaries Program, Texas Parks and Wildlife Department,
Texas General Land Office, Texas Department of Transportation, and the Saltwater -
Fisheries Enhancement Association concerning the develop John F. Kennedy
Causeway on the north side of State Highway 358 on Packery Channel. A copy of the
agreement is on file with the office of the City Secretary.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager or his designee is directed to serve on the
Coordinating Advisory Group.
