APPROVING THE FY 2009 CAPITAL BUDGET AND CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT PLANNING GUIDE IN THE AMOUNT OF $163,391,300.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the FY 2009 Capital Budget and Capital Improvement
Planning Guide in the amount of $163,391,300 is hereby approved. A copy of
the FY 2009 Capital Budget and Capital Improvement Planning Guide is on file in
the Office of the City Secretary.
