AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO ACCEPT
FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION GRANT NO. 3-48-0051-044-
2009 IN THE AMOUNT OF $966,213 TO MODIFY THE AIRCRAFT
RESCUE AND FIRE FIGHTING STATION, PHASE I, AT CORPUS
CHRISTI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AND TO EXECUTE ALL
RELATED DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to accept a grant of
$966,213 from the Federal Aviation Administration, under Grant No. 3-48-0051-044-
2009, to modify the Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting Station, Phase I, at Corpus Christi
International Airport and to execute all related documents.
