AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, NUECES COUNTY, CITY OF PORT
ARANSAS, AND CITY OF ROBSTOWN TO ESTABLISH TERMS
FOR THE SHARING OF THE 2009 BYRNE MEMORIAL JUSTICE
ASSISTANCE GRANT (JAG) PROGRAM AWARD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or designee, is authorized to execute an interlocal
agreement between the City of Corpus Christi, Nueces County, City of Port Aransas,
and City of Robstown to establish terms for the sharing of the 2009 Byrne Memorial
Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program Award.
