AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO ACCEPT A GRANT
OF $132,328 FROM THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF STATE HEALTH
SERVICES FOR RENOVATION, SUPPLY AND EQUIPMENT EXPENSES
RELATING TO A PLAN FOR RESPONDING TO AN ACT OF TERRORISM
AND TO EXECUTE ALL RELATED DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to accept a grant of
$132,328 from the Texas Department of State Health Services for renovation,
supply and equipment expenses relating to a plan for responding to an act of
terrorism and to execute all related documents.
