RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE AN
INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH WEST OSO
INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT REGARDING IMPLEMENTATION
OF A LATCHKEY PROGRAM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or designee, is authorized to execute an
Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with West Oso Independent School District
regarding implementation of a Latchkey program. The agreement is on file with
the City Secretary's office.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately after its
adoption by the City Council.
