AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO
EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY WITH THE U.S.
DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT TO
ACCEPT AND IMPLEMENT THE 2008 CONTINUUM OF CARE GRANT
FOR HOMELESS SUPPORTIVE HOUSING PROGRAM RENEWALS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute all documents
necessary with the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to accept and
implement the 2008 Continuum of Care Grant for homeless supportive housing program
renewals.
