AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE A RENEWAL OF AN INTERLOCAL COOPERATION
AGREEMENT FOR A TERM OF FIVE (5) YEARS FOR THE LOCAL
EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLANNING SPECIFIC TO EXTREMELY
HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES WITH NUECES COUNTY, CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, AND PORT OF CORPUS CHRISTI AUTHORITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute a renewal of an
Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for a term of five (5) years for the Local Emergency Response
Planning Specific to Extremely Hazardous Substances with Nueces County, City of Corpus
Christi, and Port of Corpus Christi Authority.
