A RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE
ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO ACCEPT A $208,000 GRANT
FROM THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE CHILD AND
ADULT CARE FOOD PROGRAM TO PROVIDE AFTER SCHOOL
SNACKS TO YOUTH ENROLLED IN AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS
FOR FY 2009-2010.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to accept a $208,000 grant
from the Texas Department of Agriculture Child and Adult Care Food Program to provide
after school snacks to youth enrolled in after school programs for FY 2009-2010.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately after its
adoption by the City Council.
