AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO SUBMIT
A GRANT APPLICATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $400,000 WITH A
MINIMUM 20% IN-KIND MATCH TO THE STATE ENERGY
CONSERVATION OFFICE FOR A COMPRESSED NATURAL GAS
(CNG) ALTERNATIVE FUEL TECHNOLOGY ASSISTANCE GRANT
AND TO EXECUTE ALL RELATED DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to submit a grant
application in the amount of $400,000 with a minimum 20% in-kind match to the State
Energy Conservation Office for a compressed natural gas alternative fuel technology
assistance grant and to execute all related documents.
