AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE
ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO ACCEPT A WEED AND SEED
GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $142,000 FOR CORPUS CHRISTI SOUTH
EAST (FLOUR BLUFF) WEED AND SEED COMMUNITY FOR THE
SUPPORT OF THE WEED AND SEED PROGRAM FROM THE U.S.
DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE (DOJ)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute all documents
necessary to accept a Weed and Seed grant in the amount of $142,000 for Corpus
Christi South East (Flour Bluff) Weed and Seed Community for the support of the Weed
and Seed Program from the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ).
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately after its
adoption by the City Council.
