AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE AN INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT
WITH THE PORT OF CORPUS CHRISTI AUTHORITY FOR THE
POLICE DEPARTMENT TO SHARE PERSONNEL FOR THE
PURPOSES OF STAFFING A JOINT SEARCH AND RECOVERY
DIVE TEAM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute an
Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with the Port of Corpus Christi Authority for the Police
Department to share personnel for the purposes of staffing a joint search and recovery
dive team.
