AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH DR. COLETTE SIMON TO SERVE
AS THE ALTERNATE LOCAL HEALTH AUTHORITY FOR THE PUBLIC
HEALTH DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute an agreement
with Dr. Colette Simon to serve as the alternate local Health Authority for the Corpus
Christi-Nueces County Public Health District.
