6. The Hialco Center Roof Repairs Project be accepted and final payment
of $12,873.20 for a total of $18,793.00 be made to Z & R Roofing
Company. This project provided for the replacement of the existing
roofing with a built -up roofing system on approximately 60% of the
Hialco Building and was funded through the 7th Year Community
Development Block Grant.
