AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF THE CORPUS CHRISTI-NUECES
COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH DISTRICT TO EXECUTE AN INTERLOCAL
COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF BISHOP TO
PROVIDE FOOD ESTABLISHMENT PERMITTING SERVICES WITHIN
BISHOP AND TO COLLECT ALL NECESSARY FEES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The Director of the Corpus Christi-Nueces County Public Health District is
authorized to execute an interlocal cooperation agreement with the city of Bishop,
Texas, to provide food establishment permitting services within Bishop and to collect all
necessary fees.
